Booking questions

Are pets allowed?

No. We don't allow pets at the property. If you want to bring a dog and stay near the lake, message us and we'll point you to a few pet-friendly rentals nearby that we've heard good things about.

How do I check in?

Self check-in via keypad. We send the code 24 hours before your arrival, with a welcome note that covers the driveway, the WiFi password, and where to find what you need.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is 4:00 PM, check-out is 11:00 AM. Late check-out is sometimes possible depending on the next guest — message us a day or two ahead and we will try.

How does direct booking save me money?

Airbnb charges guests a service fee that usually lands between 12 and 16 percent on top of the nightly rate. Booking direct skips that fee. Same calendar, same property, same hosts. You pay us through the booking software (cards accepted), and we send the same self-check-in instructions.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if you cancel between 14 and 7 days out. No refund inside 7 days. The policy mirrors what we use on Airbnb so nothing is hidden.

Is there a minimum stay?

Two nights off-peak, three nights during summer, fall foliage, and event weekends like Bristol race weekends and July 4. Holidays are a four-night minimum.
